WINTERSET, Iowa - June 8, 2004 - US Rodeo Supply Company, LLC, one of the nations fastest growing Rodeo Equipment Suppliers, today announced it has completed the acquisition of C & D Tack, Inc from Hillsboro, Ohio. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.

C & D Tack, Inc. spent over 20 years developing a loyal base of customers and found themselves needing to make changes due to medical concerns of their core management. The acquisition includes all assets of C & D Tack, Inc., which includes a 30' Enclosed Mobile Sales Unit, Retail Outlet Inventory and a warehouse of additional inventory all based in Hillsboro, Ohio.
