US Rodeo Supply, LLC guarantees all items of its manufacture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials and to be suitable for the intended use, and intended use only. This warranty is void if the product is used for any purpose other than its intended use determined solely by US Rodeo Supply Company, LLC.
 
Should you receive a defective product, simply call for return authorization and you will be allowed to return the item for our inspection to determine if the item is actually defective. If item is proved defective, liability shall be limited to replacement of the product with the same or similar merchandise, or refund of the original purchase price at the sole discretion of US Rodeo Supply Company, LLC. If not defective, product in question will be returned “as is” to the customer.
