If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase from USRodeoSupply.com simply contact us by phone at 515-266-0800 or on-line by filing a New Customer Case and requesting a Return Authorization. We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase and will stand behind each and every item that we offer. We do ask that all returns be in the original condition with all packaging material within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Used items will be subject to review and refunds determined on a case by case basis.
Please go to the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" link and enter a NEW CASE to request a Return of any portion of an order. A CSR will contact you with the Return Authorization Number that must be included on the package when it is returned. ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
Exchanges, Credits or Refunds:
Prior authorization is required within 10 days before returning merchandise. Please call 515-266-0800 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and other shipping instructions.
Merchandise should be returned within 14 days Prepaid Ground UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We do not accept COD return shipments. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 30 Days for all Refunds to be applied back to your original purchasing card.
*We do not accept returns on any altered, embroidered or customized items (chap initials, sponsor logos, etc.)
