“Tom Scrivner Reata Bull Ropes” has been recognized for innovative and quality bull rope designs made from the very best materials. Reata braid's 29 different models of bull ropes, from the Super Pro ropes to Mutton ropes. They also braid specialty ropes. The specialty ropes are the Brazilian, 2” Offset, 1” Offset, “Finger Knurl”, “D” ring and the Auzie.
Tom was born and reared in Shamrock, Texas. Farming, ranching and rodeo were his passion. Tom participated in the high school AJRA rodeos, the NIRA at Baylor University, open rodeos and the RCA circuit. Tom's love was bull riding, barebacks, and tie down calf roping.
Braiding is a true art form using a unique art media. Tom has been braiding bull ropes for more than 30 years. His products speak for themselves, and his motto is “just plain pride”!
