We separate our leather into two categories which are "Basic Leather" and "Deluxe Leather." The differences are mainly cost and color choice. Usually, the quality of both types of leather is in the same range, with the exception that the "deluxe" leather is usually softer than the average "basic leather.
"Deluxe Leather" is leather that we offer in some standard ranges of color and is a little more expensive and is usually a more pliable and softer leather than the average "basic leather". It is generally available in rust, chocolate, black, and white. The shades of color will vary from batch to batch, so the leather may not be the exact color shown in our pictures. If we offer "rust", the customer should expect some difference in shades of color. If a customer is wanting a very specific shade of a color, they should contact us to see if it is available, however, it is usually nearly impossible to match an exact color for a customer. Even leather that is tanned by the same process by the same tannery will vary in shade from batch to batch. Some of our leather, such as the "Buckskin" color is only available if it is specially tanned for us. This leather is considered "Deluxe leather" but is more expensive because it is custom tanned for our use.
