If you plan to mail or fax an order in, you may browse the site, select the items of interest and add them to your cart. Proceed to the Check Out portion of the site, create a profile/account. During the Check Out it will prompt you to enter a Credit Card or Invoice. Please select Invoice and proceed. Print out the Invoice and Mail in or Fax in with your order. We will then proceed with processing your order upon receipt of your payment.
