| How to you ship my order?

We utilize a variety of Carriers including USPS, FED-X, UPS and DHS depending on the most cost effective means of delivering the package. All orders are shipped FOB. This means once your order is picked up by the carrier, any claims you may have are with the freight company, and not of US Rodeo Supply Company, LLC.
Although our systems are some of the most advanced available, we do require a certain window of time per order to reasonably process each order. In some cases it shows an available shipping option such as Expedite and people assume it can be shipped out immediately. In fact it is critical to review each product detail to prevent any misunderstandings as some items are custom made such as All Adult & Youth Rodeo Chaps. These are not In-Stock items as each pair is specifically made for you our customer.
One can assume that most In-Stock orders are processed and packaged for shipment within 24-48 Hours. We do not process orders for shipment on Saturday or Sunday and major holidays. Please be sure to include production time plus the estimated shipping timeframe when placing your order.
